By checking the box below and completing your purchase, you ("User," "You," "Your") confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by the complete Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Boosteddesigns.com ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our"), which are incorporated herein by reference. We encourage you to review these full documents carefully before proceeding.

Furthermore, you specifically acknowledge, understand, and expressly agree to the following critical conditions regarding your purchase:

  1. Assumption of All Risks: You acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing, installing, and using all products from Boosted Designs entirely at your own risk. You accept all responsibility for any and all consequences, damages, or losses that may result from the purchase, installation, or use of these products.
  2. Comprehensive Limitation of Our Liability for Damages and Injury: You agree that Boosted Designs SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages to any property (including but not limited to your vehicle, your personal property, or the property of any third party) or for any personal injury (including death), arising from or in any way related to:
    • The installation of any product, whether such installation is deemed proper or improper by any party.
    • The use, misuse, or inability to use any product.
    • Any alleged defect, failure, malfunction, or characteristic of any product.
    • Any information or advice (or lack thereof) provided by Boosted Designs.
  3. Your Sole Responsibility for Installation, Use, and Compliance: You accept sole and complete responsibility for the proper and safe selection, installation, maintenance, and use of all products purchased. You acknowledge that any alteration, modification, or improper installation or use of products can result in property damage, serious personal injury, or death, for which Boosted Designs will not be responsible. You are also solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, statutes, and regulations.
  4. No Guarantees Beyond Express Written Statements: You understand that, except as may be expressly stated in writing by Boosted Designs regarding a specific product, Boosted Designs makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the products, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,  or non-infringement.  
  5. Acknowledgement of Business Structure and Intent: You acknowledge that these limitations of liability are a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and Boosted Designs and that the pricing of products reflects this allocation of risk.

By purchasing from Boosted Designs, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement and that you agree to these terms freely and voluntarily.
