Boosted Designs Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Boosted Designs! We are committed to getting your USA-made off-road accessories to you as efficiently and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) from the time of purchase, pending payment verification. Should there be any delay beyond this timeframe, we will do our best to notify you.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times: We ship orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping service selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and begin after the order processing period. Boosted Designs is not responsible for carrier delays.

3. Shipping Restrictions:

  • P.O. Boxes: In most instances, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to carrier restrictions, especially for larger items. If a P.O. Box is your only available shipping address, please contact us at Ziggy@BoostedDesigns.com prior to placing your order for verification and to explore possible solutions.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges and experience longer transit times compared to the contiguous United States. Any applicable additional charges will be clearly communicated or calculated at checkout.

4. International Shipping: At this time, Boosted Designs only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package directly on the respective carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving the confirmation email.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • Damaged Packages: Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48hrs of delivery) at Ziggy@BoostedDesigns.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of both the damaged item(s) and the packaging. Alternatively, if damage is apparent upon delivery, you may refuse the delivery with the carrier and notify us. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 5 business days after the expected delivery date shown on your tracking information, please first check with the carrier and then contact us at Ziggy@BoostedDesigns.com. Occasionally, packages are misrouted and may still arrive. We will assist in tracing the package and, if deemed lost after investigation with the carrier, discuss further instructions and/or a replacement shipment.

7. Local Pickup: We do not offer local pickup at our San Marcos/Carlsbad, CA facility at this time. All orders will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

8. Policy Updates: Boosted Designs reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. 1 Your continued use of our website and services after any 2 changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Shipping Policy.
