1. Definitions

  • "Website" refers to Boosteddesigns.com and all associated subdomains and pages operated by Boosted Designs.
  • "Company," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to Boosted Designs, the owner and operator of the Website.
  • "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual accessing, Browse, or using the Website, or purchasing Products from the Company.
  • "Product(s)" refers to any items manufactured, offered for sale, or sold by Boosted Designs through the Website or other channels.
  • "Content" includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, images, product descriptions, specifications, pricing, logos, data, software, and any other information provided or displayed on the Website.

2. Permitted Use and Prohibited Activities

  • Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Website solely for the purposes of Browse Products, gathering information about the Company and its Products, contacting Boosted Designs staff through designated channels, and purchasing Products for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

    • Violating the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party, including copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the Content without authorization.
    • Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Website, use of the Website, or access to the Website without Our express written permission.

 

3. Product Information, Pricing, and Availability

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that Product descriptions, specifications, images, and other Content related to Products are as accurate as possible. However, all Content is provided for informational and reference purposes only. We do not warrant that Product descriptions or other Content on the Website are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a Product offered by Us is not as described, Your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition according to Our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, including but not limited to adjustments due to changes in market conditions, supplier costs, or other factors. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified and do not include applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges, which will be added to Your total invoice price. While We strive to provide accurate pricing information, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced Product.  
  • Availability: All Products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of Products We supply, reject all or part of an order, and discontinue Products without prior notice, even if You have already placed Your order. Placement of an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order or availability of the Product.  

4. Order Acceptance, Refusal, and Cancellation

  • We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in Your order being refused or canceled include, but are not limited to:
    • Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
    • Inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information.  
    • Issues identified by Our credit and fraud avoidance department.  
    • Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
    • Unavailability of stock.

 

  • We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is canceled after Your payment has been processed, We will issue a credit to Your original payment method in the amount of the charge.
